 If you want an AMAZING Water, Bay Bridge, and/or City VIEWS, you must check out One Rincon Hill condo tower. You will be blown away as I see it happen everyday... They are about 75% sold and most of their lower floor units are gone; there are fantastic 1-2BR units on higher floors with breathtaking views. The Infinity continues to be the fastest-selling and most successful luxury condo in California. Over 100 new homes have been sold since the beginning of 2009...Amazing! Here are some updates: Almost 97% sold in Tower 1 and I am seeing very little difference in pricing for the remaining units in Tower 1 and Tower 2 recently. Only homes left in Tower 1 are the larger and higher floor units - 2BR plus Den or 2 level Town-homes. In Tower 2, the popular floor plan such as B stack (signature oval floor plan, facing the Water) between 6th - 20th AND 26th - 30th are all sold out!
